1. Eligibility and Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one account on airionplay. Attempting to register multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is a violation of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, contact number, and residential address. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.

airionplay reserves the right to request updated documentation at any time to verify that eligibility requirements continue to be met.

2. Identity Verification (KYC)

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is required before deposits and withdrawals are enabled on your account. The process involves submitting a valid government-issued Philippine ID — such as a passport, driver's licence, PhilSys card, or SSS ID — along with a selfie or liveness check to confirm identity.

KYC verification serves two purposes: protecting your account from unauthorised use, and ensuring that winnings are paid to the verified account holder. airionplay takes data privacy seriously. All submitted documents are handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Players who have not completed KYC may be restricted from making withdrawals until verification is approved. airionplay encourages all players to complete KYC immediately after registration to avoid delays when accessing winnings.

Cryptocurrency, credit cards, and debit cards are not accepted as deposit methods on airionplay.

Deposits are credited to your account balance in PHP once the payment is confirmed by the relevant channel. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to another person are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds.

4. Betting Rules and Wager Limits

All bets placed on airionplay are subject to the specific rules applicable to the game or market in question. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant rules for that game or event.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed in PHP to a Philippine bank account or e-wallet that is verified and registered in your name. airionplay does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

Before a withdrawal can be processed, the following conditions must be met:

• Your KYC identity verification must be fully approved.
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonus funds must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn.
• Your account must be in good standing with no active investigation, suspension, or restriction in place.

General principles that apply to all bonus and promotional offers on airionplay:

The following activities are strictly prohibited on airionplay. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that places bets or interacts with the platform without direct human input.
• Collusion with other players to manipulate betting outcomes or exploit platform mechanics.
• Exploitation of technical errors, pricing mistakes, or system vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage.
• Opening multiple accounts or registering under false personal details.
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or using the platform in connection with money laundering or fraud.
